Laurie Krupski's dissertation researched mindfulness and somatic awareness. She maintains certifications as a mindful coach, resilience coach and facilitator, rehabilitation counselor, health education and tobacco treatment specialist. She studied DMT and taught mind-body movement classes for over a decade. As a Nia and Ballroom dance instructor having traveled to Africa, Japan, Spain, Thailand, Italy and SIngapore she holds a passion for creative, cultural expression.
